Before anyone writes code, we get honest about what you're actually building and why. This is the cheapest place to change your mind, so we spend real time here — and we'll tell you straight if part of the plan doesn't hold up.

We talk through the goal, the users, and what success actually looks like.
We dig into the constraints — budget, timeline, existing systems, must-haves versus nice-to-haves.
We pressure-test the idea and flag anything that's going to be expensive or risky.
We agree on a scope and a rough milestone plan you can hold us to.

A written scope — what's in, what's out, in plain English.
A milestone plan with rough timing.
An honest feasibility read, including the parts we'd cut or rethink.
