The founders were running a separate marketing site and app, SEO was poor, and the dashboard slowed to a crawl as customer data grew.
I consolidated everything into one Next.js App Router codebase — server-rendered marketing with structured data, an authenticated product with role-based multi-tenancy, Stripe subscriptions with the billing portal, and incremental caching plus query tuning so dashboards render in under a second.
