A two-sided platform matching students with counselors — book, meet, get paid.
A marketplace where students book sessions with vetted counselors and meet over video, with an admin console running the whole operation — counselor approvals, users, support, earnings and payouts, disputes, and a blog for acquisition.
The team was vetting counselors by hand, had no single place to track sessions or disputes, and reconciled counselor payouts manually — none of which scales past a few hundred users.
I built the admin platform and the booking flow: a counselor approval workflow with profile-completion gating, session scheduling with in-app video, Stripe-based earnings and automated payouts, a dispute-resolution queue, and role-based access across students, counselors, and admins. A built-in blog CMS feeds the top of the funnel.
