A fleet-compliance platform: drivers run daily walkaround checks, log fuel, set availability, and file accident reports from a mobile app, while operators watch fleet status, tasks, pay, and safety on a live web dashboard. It replaces paper checklists and scattered receipts with one auditable record.
Paper vehicle checks, glovebox fuel receipts, and ad-hoc accident notes left operators with no real-time visibility and a compliance risk they couldn't evidence when it mattered.
I built the driver app — guided daily vehicle checks with defect flagging, fuel-expense capture, a work-availability calendar, and structured accident reports with photos — and the operator console that rolls it all up: an overview of drivers, vehicles, tasks, pay, inspections, and open accidents, with the submissions feed updating as drivers check in.
